Vive Vera

Dame Vera, who has died aged 16, served in the diplomatic service at home and abroad - representing Buffalo as ambassador in dangerous locations such as Burlington VT, and Boston, MA, twice at the United Nations in New York, and finally as high commissioner to Somewhere in Pennsylvania living as an attaché to Vena and Phil, a post that qualified her as The United States' highest-ranking female diplomat. She is survived by Vena & Phil and Frank & Scott who will all, along with others, relish their fond memories of their time together, grateful for the chance to have known her.
